To avoid issues with your payment, in case your card has expired, click on Account Settings from the top-right menu and then Manage next to Payment Information. If we are unable to retrieve your monthly payment, your account (and all your associated accounts, when applicable) will be downgraded to free user. You will receive an email and you need to contact us to continue using the platform.

Please be reminded that, if you subscribed for an offer with commitment, you’ll have to pay the due amount for the entire duration of the commitment length in your contract and your account will be temporarily disabled.
